Like most other social network applications, your consent is simply to enabling Spikr access your account in order to send messages on your behalf and get information such as your name and photo. Spikr creates an instant profile for you that you can later access to enhance and edit. You can always Opt Out of Spikr’s access rights by simply removing Spikr from your profile apps on your Twitter, Facebook or MySpace page. Spikr DOES NOT send you SPAM or sells your name to anyone, we do not follow you online or ask you to download things or respond to promotions. We leave this to sleazy guys in 3rd world countries.
